• Vendors/Partners: business profile, licenses, bank/settlement details, menus/catalogs.
• Drivers (employees): license/ID data, shift schedules, on-duty location, safety & earnings data.

Automatically collected

• Device & usage: device type, OS, app version, IP, crash logs, diagnostics, feature usage.
• Location: customer location for address selection; driver live location for routing and tracking; vendor location for pickup and verification.
• Cookies & similar tech: to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure performance.

From third parties

• Identity, payment, and fraud-prevention signals from payment providers.
• Ratings and reviews from other users (customers, drivers, vendors).

2) How We Use Your Information

• Deliver services: process orders, assign drivers, provide live tracking, and complete deliveries.
• Payments: process payments, refunds, top-ups, and settlements.
• Account management: create and maintain customer, driver, and vendor accounts.
• Support & communications: send order updates, service messages, promotions (opt-out anytime), and respond to inquiries.
• Safety & compliance: age verification for restricted items, fraud prevention, legal obligations.
• Operations & improvement: analytics, quality assurance, testing, and feature development.

3) How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it in these cases:

• With drivers: necessary customer details (name, address, phone) to complete deliveries.
• With vendors/partners: order items, customer name/contact, and delivery instructions.
• With payment providers: transaction details for processing and settlement.
• With service providers: secure cloud hosting, analytics, communications, customer support.
• For legal reasons: to comply with law, enforce terms, or protect rights, safety, and property.
• Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this Policy.

We use industry-standard safeguards: encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), secure infrastructure, role-based access, logging, and periodic reviews aligned with INSA cybersecurity guidance. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we work continuously to protect your data.

The Platform is not intended for individuals under 18. If we learn a child has provided personal data, we will delete it promptly.

If we host or process data outside Ethiopia, we implement appropriate safeguards so your information remains protected in line with this Policy.
